Daniel Feldman has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of business law, real property law, real estate transactions, and labor and employment. With a wealth of involvement as both general and outside counsel, Daniel has successfully represented clients in a diverse array of legal fields. Daniel has extensive experience in transactional drafting and representation, courtroom advocacy, and negotiation proceedings, representing clients throughout New York City and the surrounding area, and obtaining the most favorable results possible for his clients.
