Daniel P . Rifkin has litigated a broad array of civil litigation actions, with particular expertise in numerous fields of personal injury practice, having represented clients engaged in suits concerning construction/labor law matters, premises liability, slip and fall claims, motor vehicle claims, nursing home liability, and general negligence actions. He has further experience handling commercial real estate and other commercial disputes. Daniel has successfully practiced at both the trial court and appellate levels, and displays comprehensive skill in both courtroom advocacy and negotiation proceedings, obtaining the most favorable results possible for his clients.
